Welcome to Austin SHOE SPA / 360 Shoe Care. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and all shoe cleaning, care, and restoration services we provide.

By placing an order, booking a pickup, or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services We Provide

We offer professional cleaning, conditioning, and restoration services for:

  • Sneakers: Basic Clean ($25) and Premium Deep Clean ($45)
  • Dress Shoes: Basic Clean & Shine ($20) and Premium Leather Treatment ($40)
  • Boots: Standard Boot Clean ($30) and Deep Boot Clean ($55)

Each service includes specific treatments as described on our Services and Prices pages. We reserve the right to refuse service for footwear that is unsuitable for cleaning, excessively damaged, or poses safety concerns.

3. Booking, Pickup, and Delivery

3.1 Scheduling

You can schedule pickup and delivery through our online booking system by selecting a date, time slot, and entering your pickup address. Time slots are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the selected window.

3.2 Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure someone is available at the pickup address during the scheduled time.
  • Provide accurate information about footwear type, material, and any pre-existing damage or special concerns.
  • Remove all items not permanently attached to the shoes (boxes, accessories, loose inserts).
  • Upload clear “before” photos if you choose this optional feature.

3.3 Missed Pickups or Deliveries

If no one is available during the scheduled window, we may charge a rescheduling fee or count the visit as completed.

3.4 Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel your booking should be made as early as possible. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before pickup) may incur a fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and payment via Stripe. Payment is typically due at checkout before we process your order.

4.2 Price Changes

Prices may change at any time. Confirmed orders will be honored at the price shown at the time of booking, unless there is an obvious error.

5. Order Tracking and Communication

After booking, you will receive confirmation via email or SMS and access to order tracking. You can view order status updates including: Picked Up, In Cleaning, Drying, Ready for Drop-Off, Completed, and Delivered.

We may send automated notifications about order status, pickup reminders, and delivery updates.

6. Condition of Footwear and Cleaning Process

6.1 Professional Standards

We use methods and products appropriate to each type of footwear based on our professional judgment. Results depend on the material, age, prior treatments, and existing damage of each pair.

6.2 Acceptable Outcomes

  • We cannot guarantee removal of all stains or restoration to “as new” condition.
  • Minor color changes, texture variations, or wear revealed during cleaning are normal and do not constitute service failure.
  • Some materials may react to cleaning in ways that are beyond our control (e.g., weak adhesives, delicate fabrics, hidden damage).

6.3 Customer Acknowledgment

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks and limitations.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any loss or damage to footwear is limited to three times the service fee paid for that pair, up to a maximum of $200 per order.

7.2 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of use, sentimental value, lost profits).
  • Damage caused by pre-existing defects, manufacturing flaws, or weak materials.
  • Normal wear, fading, or discoloration that becomes visible after cleaning.

7.3 Claims

Any claims for damage or loss must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Use of Website

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block access to users who violate these Terms.
